Street Ministry In Oregon
Many of you have prayed for our dear brother Jerrold many times over the years. I’m excited to share with you that Jerrold is no longer unsheltered!
In partnership with CCTL, Adult & Teen Challenge, The ROCC, the team put feet to ground to love our neighbors as themselves! Many prayers lifted up, the Word shared, and many needs were met!
We’re so thankful for Kirk and his team at The Northwest Hub! We came together to provide transportation and all the proper safety equipment to one our youths at Barbara Roberts. We are so thankful for the staff at the Barbara Roberts Campuses. This is another awesome portion of what we get to do through the ministry!
The ROCC held an event at The First Free Methodist Church bringing many folks together to love our community! Sancho's Tacos served 400 amazing meals. We were so blessed to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and many people said yes to the free gift of salvation!
We are thankful for the invitation from Grace Community Church to come together in unity at the amazing event and the opportunity to love our neighbors as ourselves! We want to give a shout out to all the organizations that were there: ARCHES, KINDNESS CLOSET, IDEAL OPTIONS, HELPING HANDS RESOURCES, MARION COUNTY A&D, THE ROCC, NORTHWEST HUMAN SERVICES, SAFE SLEEP, EASTER SEALS, CRICKET WIRELESS, CINDY LOUS BBQ, and many more!
We got to meet with our Board of Commissioners to hear from HOME youth services about the struggle they have to connect our unsheltered youth with services. Being able to be at the table to discuss different options is such a blessing. God is so good!
We had an amazing time fellowshipping with brothers in Bend at the 7th annual prayer breakfast with about 700 in attendance. Josh was blessed to be the key note speaker!
