OUTREACH IN OREGON

We had the opportunity to partner with Adult and Teen Challenge to hit the streets and help those in need. We preached the Gospel, prayed and served our neighbors.

God is bringing people from all parts of the community and state together for the very purpose He has called us all: to LOVE one another and to count others more highly than self. God is good! Senator Kim Thatcher, Ideal Option, Marion Counties LEAD program and associates joined us in this outreach event.

We See You Event

At this event we partner with local resources to provide meals, clothing needs, and love to our unsheltered neighbors. This event was a great success and God provided through his people.

690 meals were served from Cindy Lou’s BBQ, and the Rolling Cafe, from Bridgeway Recovery. There were so many service providers at this event. Ideal Option, Bridgeway Recovery, Northwest Human Services Medical Team, Marion County Health Department, WVP Moms Mentors, Home Youth Resource Services, Kindness Closet, the ROCC, and so many people coming together for one purpose: to serve our community.

We want to thank Senator Kim Thatcher and Dan Farrington, who is running for house Senate seat, for coming out to serve.

Huge shout out to our church Salem Heights Church and the folks from the congregation that came to serve today. We are so thankful for what the Lord is allowing us to do.

Mexico Mission Trip

Our trip began with a visit to a drug rehab. We got to share with around 60 men who have all made the choice to walk away from cartel activity, and the drug world. 23 of those men said yes to the free gift of salvation! God is doing great things!

We went to another drug treatment center and Matthew shared his testimony. Matthew shared the gospel and 20 people gave their life to the Lord. This was another miracle and a wonderful opportunity that the Lord provided. Later, we visited Sabaplaya, a town outside of Campeche. There is a small house church that loves the Lord and wants their community to know God as well. 3 men gave their lives to the Lord, including a drug dealer. It was so awesome being there to share with all people groups.

One night, we had the blessing of sharing at a church in Sebaplaya. We had a very joyful celebration for all God has done since we’ve been here in Mexico. We also have a new Mayan abuelita. She sang to us all in Mayan and taught us a traditional dance.

All for God's glory and His Kingdom! Please lift up all our new brothers and sisters in Christ. From the moment of salvation they were immediately connected to the local church to be discipled. YOUR PRAYERS MATTER!
